All towels and linens are included. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need for cooking and dining, the laundry room, ½ bath, dining room, and the living room with another large TV. The apartment includes a lovely patio for outdoor dining and relaxing, a two-car garage, and WIFI. When you are ready to spend the day at the beach you will find beach chairs, towels, toys, coolers, and boogie boards for your enjoyment. The Trolly stop is an easy, two block walk from the apartment. $350 cleaning fee. $200/month credit for electricity and gas.
