The Project has been approved (RTI Ready) to pull the permit by the City of Los Angeles for 11 units consisting of six (6) 3-bed, 2.5-bath units,
two (2) 2-bed, 2-bath units, and four (4) 1-bed units. Two of the 11 units will be designated as low-income affordable units, and the remaining 9
units are market rate. All of the Project’s units are single-level flats, and the Project consists of a highly efficient and cost-effective site plan. The
Project includes an on-grade single parking garage with 14 parking spaces.
As built, the Project will represent the most significant multifamily development in the surrounding vicinity. Downtown Glendale is recognized as
one of the most difficult entitlement environments within LA County, and the Project took over 2 years to entitle.
All you have to do pay the permit fees and start construction.
